Job summary

Kohl's is seeking an Operations Manager or Merchandising Manager to oversee store operations and/or merchandising, coaching associates to deliver efficient service and profitable results. You will drive customer experience on the sales floor, manage floor replenishment, pricing, and merchandising presentation, and lead loss prevention efforts with integrity.

Experienced candidates will supervise teams, adapt to seasonal changes, and ensure adherence to company policies while achieving KPI

Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams or associates and coaching to meet daily goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities for quick actions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and/ or merchandising to drive sales and profitability.
• Coach and develop associates to execute processes with high efficiency.
• Lead point-of-sale and customer service for fast, friendly transactions.
• Ensure merchandising standards follow direction and are clearly presented.
• Direct pricing, signage, and ticketing to maintain accuracy and branding.
• Manage training for new hires on procedures, stock, and product knowledge.
