Job summary

Kohl's is seeking an Operations Manager or Merchandising Manager to oversee store operations and merchandising, driving sales and profitability while coaching associates to execute standards with excellence.

You will manage receiving, stockroom, pricing, floor replenishment, and customer service to deliver a fast, friendly shopping experience aligned to Kohl's brand.

You will lead by example to build a strong, inclusive team dedicated to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Loss Prevention to protect assets and ensure safety.
• Direct customer service efforts to deliver a fast, friendly shopping experience.
