Job summary

Kohl's in Aurora, CO is seeking an Operations Manager or Merchandising Manager to oversee store operations and/or merchandising, delivering exceptional customer service. You will coach and develop associates to execute processes that drive efficiency, improve performance, and maximize sales.

In this role you will manage floor replenishment, pricing, signing, and visual presentation while maintaining brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage floor replenishment and merchandising presentation.
• Ensure pricing, signing and signage accuracy.
• Monitor KPIs and adjust resources as needed.
• Train new hires on processes and Kohl's tools.
