Job summary

Buckle Findlay is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily store operations and maintain a high standard of guest service. You may also cover duties of freight coordination and visual merchandising as needed.

The role requires the ability to work flexible hours, supervise associates, manage inventory, train teammates, and uphold Buckle’s Code of Ethics. Prior retail experience is preferred; high school diploma or equivalent encouraged.
