Job summary

Buckle is seeking an Operations Manager to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for Guests while overseeing a range of store operations. The role may also cover Freight Coordinator and Visual Merchandiser duties based on business needs and store volume.

Responsibilities include leading onboarding, managing promotions, inventory reviews, and maintaining POS knowledge to support smooth payments and exchanges. A strong focus on customer service and team coordination is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Operate across multiple store functions including operations, sales generation, and guest service as needed.
• Lead onboarding and selection activities, monitor hiring dashboards, set up interviews and complete onboarding with new teammates.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) software and policies on payments, exchanges and Loss Prevention.
• Receive freight, manage transfers, and organize shipment paperwork; monitor inventory and organize fixtures and shelving.
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolve questions promptly, and communicate policy violations with management.
