Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to drive exceptional guest service and efficient store operations in Findlay, Ohio. You will oversee daily duties across operations, sales generation, and visual merchandising while managing onboarding, promotions, and inventory processes.

This role requires flexible scheduling, leadership abilities, and a focus on loss prevention and policy compliance. You will collaborate with store management to maintain a high standard of customer experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related retail experience and/or training.
• Must be 18 years of age or older due to the nature of the job.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations to align with company mission and policies.
• Manage promotions and ensure proper signage and displays.
• Lead onboarding, interview scheduling, and teammate onboarding activities.
• Monitor inventory and perform year-end inventory reviews.
• Coordinate shipments, freight, and returns; maintain shipment paperwork.
• Maintain a neat, organized, and compliant store environment; manage loss-prevention procedures.
• Provide feedback to management and support store leadership with merchandising and guest service initiatives.
