Buckle is seeking an Operations Manager for the University Town Center Morgantown, WV store to uphold Buckle’s mission of delivering an enjoyable shopping experience for Guests. The role may include duties of Freight Coordinator and Visual Merchandiser based on business needs.

Responsibilities include leading onboarding, managing inventory and promotions, and ensuring outstanding guest service, with a focus on policy adherence and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months of related retail experience and/or training preferred.
