Qualifications

• 3-5 years retail management experience
• Ability to perform in a high volume, highly complex location
• Ability to demonstrate initiative and be a self-starter
• Demonstrated proficiency in recruiting, hiring, and training associates
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Ability to exercise independent discretion and judgment in managing a fast-paced environment adapting to change with a sense of urgency

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations to optimize profitability and ensure a safe, compliant environment
• Review and analyze profit and loss statements to identify improvement opportunities
• Supervise inventory, cycle counts, and POS transactions to maintain accuracy
• Assist General Manager with HR, budgeting and loss prevention tasks
• Ensure brand and SOP adherence and maintain store presentation standards
• Support customer service excellence and efficient checkout processes
• Coordinate scheduling and staffing to cover peak periods
