Qualifications

• Fluency in English required.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Basic math and retail calculations.

Responsibilities

• Lead all store operations in absence of Store Manager.
• Supervise non-exempt associates and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Assist in scheduling, payroll administration and reporting.
• Uphold safety, loss prevention and merchandising guidelines.
• Recruit, train and develop store staff.
• Provide excellent customer service and merchandise presentation.
