You will work with the General Manager to optimize staffing, control expenses, and uphold brand standards while ensuring safety and high service levels during peak hours.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years retail management experience.
• Ability to read and review profit and loss statements.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and inventory controls.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Recruiting, hiring and training associates.
• Self-starter with initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage budgets and controllable expenses.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations to ensure safe, profitable shopping experience.
• Supervise cycle counts, inventory integrity and POS accuracy.
• Assist General Manager with HR issues and loss prevention as needed.
• Manage cash handling practices and reporting to finance.
• Ensure brand standards and store presentation meet expectations.
• Provide excellent customer service and support during peak times.
• Schedule optimization and coverage, including pickups and displays.
• Coordinate safety, OSHA logs and facility maintenance.
