Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. Greensboro is seeking an experienced Store Operations Manager to lead daily store activities and drive profitability. You will ensure a safe, welcoming shopping environment, supervise inventory, and manage scheduling with a focus on customer service and brand standards.

The role requires strong leadership, HR oversight, and the ability to adapt to a high-volume setting while delivering operational excellence and cost control.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years retail management experience and proven ability direct operations
• Ability to perform in a high volume, highly complex location
• Demonstrated proficiency in recruiting, hiring, and training associates

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations to deliver a safe, profitable shopping experience
• Review profit and loss statements to identify areas of improvement
• Supervise inventory, cycle counts, and POS systems for accuracy
• Assist General Manager with HR, loss prevention, scheduling, and budgeting
• Maintain brand and store presentation standards
• Ensure customer service focus and efficient checkout process
• Coordinate staffing and scheduling during peak periods
