Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Store Operations Manager in East Stroudsburg, PA to lead day-to-day store execution. You will own freight, Feed to Floor, weekly recovery, and inventory control standards while coaching team members and supporting the Store Manager.

The role emphasizes safety, compliance, customer engagement, and delivering Legendary Service through coaching and process discipline. Strong leadership and operational skills are required.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous retail leadership experience is required.
• Education: High school diploma or the equivalent is required. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead freight process execution and scheduling, including truck unload planning and stocking.
• Lead Feed to Floor process execution and ensure timely follow-up on routines.
• Oversee weekly recovery process execution, including Targeting Outs, and maintain store recovery standards.
• Oversee Inventory Control Specialist duties and receiving standards.
• Maintain store security processes and standards.
