The role requires managing P&L, budgets, safety, inventory, scheduling and customer service excellence in a fast-paced retail environment. Candidates should have 3–5 years of retail management experience, strong leadership, communication and analytical skills, and a proactive, results-driven mindset.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years retail management experience
• Ability to perform in a high-volume, highly complex location
• Ability to demonstrate initiative and be a self-starter
• Proven proficiency in recruiting, hiring, and training associates
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Ability to exercise independent discretion and judgment in a fast-paced environment

Aufgaben

• Read and review a profit and loss statement to identify areas of improvement
• Utilize computer and point of sale systems to maintain inventory and manage cycle counts
• Supervise cash handling and ensure communications to corporate finance
• Coordinate facility management to ensure safety and security for customers and employees
• Assist GM in staying within budget and driving profitability
• Ensure brand and operating standards meet expectations and maintain store presentation
• Manage scheduling coverage during peak traffic and holidays
• Support, model and enhance seamless customer service for customers and co-workers
• Oversee HR-related matters, training, and disciplinary actions as needed
