Floor & Decor is seeking a Store Manager to drive sales and deliver an exceptional shopping experience in a high-volume environment. You will lead merchandising, staff development, and store operations while upholding brand standards and safety protocols.

The role requires 3–5 years of retail management experience, strong leadership, and the ability to recruit, train, and coach associates to achieve performance goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years retail management experience.
• Ability to perform in a high-volume, highly complex location.
• Demonstrated initiative and self-starter attitude.
• Proven ability to recruit, hire, and train associates.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

Responsabilités
