Qualifications

• Three to five years retail management experience.
• Ability to manage high-volume, complex location.
• Strong initiative and be a self-starter.
• Proven ability to recruit, hire, and train associates.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Ability to adapt to change with urgency.
• Demonstrated ability to increase the company’s market share.
• Excellent customer service skills and work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Drive the P’s of retail including People, Product, Price, Purchasing, Presentation and Pro Services.
• Engage customers and ensure store associates provide quality service.
• Strategically merchandise using company guidelines.
• Maintain store presentation and security following loss prevention guidelines.
• Assist Chief Executive Merchant in delivering seamless customer service.
• Work as KCM or Manager on Duty as required.
• Conduct weekly competitive shops and analyze pricing.
• Use POS to maintain accurate inventory, cycle counts, and P&L.
• Interface with corporate headquarters and ensure brand standards.
