CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Manager to manage and maintain an assigned property, delivering strong customer service and efficient day-to-day operations.

You will handle leasing, payments, invoicing, and reports while maintaining a clean, safe facility and meeting performance metrics. The role requires weekend availability and a proactive, team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Positive, friendly personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience delivering high quality customer service to diverse customers.
• Self-driven with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
• Must be able to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle, valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Frequent physical activity including standing, walking, bending, and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships and provide storage solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interact face to face with customers and meet monthly sales goals.
• Tour the property, conduct daily tasks, and show units to customers.
• Manage leasing processes, payments, and POS transactions.
• Review invoices and manage reports within the database.
• Oversee store expenses and maintain inventory and supplies.
