CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Manager to lead daily store activities, from customer service to maintenance and sales. You will oversee leasing, payments, and inventory while ensuring a clean, secure facility and excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities

Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
Interact face to face with customers, provide excellent service, and build rapport.
Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
Perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and unit showings.
Rent self-storage spaces, sell store merchandise, manage leasing, process payments via POS, and handle daily deposits.
Review invoices, run reports, and manage auction processes.
