Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Manager to oversee daily property tasks, customer interactions, and leasing activities. You will drive customer satisfaction, meet sales targets, and manage payments and reports on-site.

The role emphasizes hands-on property maintenance, budget oversight, and ensuring a clean, safe facility for customers and team members across multiple stores.

Qualifications

• Positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience delivering high-quality customer service to a diverse market.
• Self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle and valid driver’s license with insurance.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and delivering solutions.
• Interact face to face with customers, provide excellent service and build rapport.
• Meet monthly sales goals and related metrics.
• Walk the property for daily operations: lock checks, unit showings.
• Rent storage spaces, sell store merchandise, manage leasing and payments (POS).
• Process invoices, run reports, and handle auctions processes.
• Oversee budget, store supplies, and retail inventory.
