CubeSmart is seeking a Store Operations Manager to join our self-storage team. You will build strong customer relationships, achieve sales goals, and manage daily store operations including leasing, payments, and budget oversight.

You will also handle property maintenance tasks, supervise safety and cleanliness, and contribute to a positive, growth-oriented workplace across our U.S. locations.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality customer service to a diverse customer base.
• Strong operational focus with ability to manage store processes.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and offering solutions.
• Meet monthly sales goals and related metrics.
• Conduct daily property walks, lock checks, and unit showings.
• Rent storage spaces, process payments at the POS, and handle daily deposits.
• Review invoices and manage store budget and supplies.
• Support store merchandising and inventory control.
