CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Manager to oversee daily property operations and deliver top-tier customer service. You will manage leasing, payments, and on-site maintenance to ensure a safe, clean facility while driving sales growth and a best-in-class guest experience.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail in a fast-paced retail environment across multiple locations, requiring a strong operational focus and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality customer service to a diverse customer market.
• A self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
• You must have the ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle, a valid driver's license, and up-to-date insurance are required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Developing customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing appropriate solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interacting face to face with customers, providing excellent service, and building rapport.
• Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walking the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units to customers.
• Renting self-storage spaces, selling store merchandise, managing the leasing process, accepting payments via POS, and daily deposits.
• Managing the invoice review and approval responsibilities within database.
• Processing invoices, managing reports and legal process of auctions.
• Physical maintenance tasks including cleaning, mopping, and opening/closing doors.
