Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage is looking for a Store Operations Manager who will balance customer service excellence with hands-on property maintenance. You will build relationships, meet sales targets, and guide daily leasing and payment processes at the store level.

You will work primarily daytime hours with potential Sundays off, enjoying PTO growth and a generous 401(k) match as part of a benefits package designed to support your life.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality customer service to a diverse customer market.
• Willingness to work Saturdays.
• Own a vehicle with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Able to perform store maintenance tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interact face to face with customers, provide excellent service, and build rapport.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics; manage leasing process and payments.
• Walk the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units to customers.
• Process invoices, manage reports, and oversee store expense budget and inventory.
