Burlington is seeking an Operations Service Manager in Hazlet Township, NJ, to lead store operations and store teams including Customer Service and Cashiers. You will coach supervisors, oversee receiving and inventory processes, and ensure excellent customer service while upholding company policies and standards.

The role requires 3+ years in retail management, flexible scheduling, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations in a large-to-multi-unit setting.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift/move boxes up to 40 lbs.
• Experience using scheduling and reporting software.
• Travel may be required.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, ensuring policy compliance and efficient store operations.
• Guide Customer Service Supervisors to meet service expectations and maintain smooth register flow.
• Oversee overall operations and receiving SOP execution.
• Lead the receiving process (transfers, debits, damages, chargebacks) and work with the Receiving Supervisor to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) to model leadership and drive store results.
• Support Store Manager with staffing, sourcing, interviewing, training, and succession planning.
• Assist in other store operations areas as needed.
• Communicate with District and Regional Management teams.
