Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day store performance, balance customer service with maintenance, and drive leasing and revenue targets. You will conduct property walk-throughs, handle payments, and ensure a clean, safe facility.

Responsibilities include managing invoices, budgets, and reports while maintaining a high standard of customer experience and operational efficiency. A valid driver’s license and ability to work Saturdays are required.

Qualifications

• Positive and outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience delivering high quality customer service to a diverse customer market.
• Self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
• You must have the ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and up-to-date insurance are required.
• Physical ability to perform daily tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Developing customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing appropriate solutions.
• Interacting face to face with customers and delivering excellent service.
• Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walking the property to perform daily operational tasks and show units to customers.
• Renting spaces, selling merchandise, and managing the leasing process.
