Qualifications

• Experience in delivering high quality customer service to a diverse customer market.

• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
• You must have the ability to work Saturdays.
• Access to a personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and up-to-date insurance are required.
• While performing the duties of this job, you will be frequently required to stand, sit, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, climb or balance on a ladder.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future sponsorship.
• Some locations may require Sunday hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and delivering a standout experience.
• Interact face-to-face with customers and provide excellent service.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Perform daily operational tasks including tours, leasing, payments, and POS transactions.
• Manage invoices, reports, and budget considerations for the store.
