CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Manager to lead daily store activities, oversee customer service interactions, and manage leasing, payments, and store merchandising.

You will walk the property, supervise maintenance, hit monthly sales goals, and coordinate with teams to ensure safety and top-tier service. This role requires a positive attitude, strong operational focus, basic computer skills, and availability to work Saturdays across multiple U.S. locations.
