Job summary

CubeSmart Self-Storage, a leader in the storage industry, is seeking a Store Operations Manager to oversee daily store activities and ensure a high-quality customer experience. You will lead leasing, payments, and POS operations while maintaining property standards.

You will drive sales, manage invoices and reports, and coordinate with maintenance to keep the facility well-maintained. This full-time role requires Saturday availability and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
• You must have the ability to work Saturdays and a valid drivers license.

Responsibilities

• Developing customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing appropriate solutions while delivering a standout customer experience.
• Interacting face to face with customers, providing excellent service, and building rapport.
• Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walking the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showing units to customers.
• Working both independently and on a team renting self-storage spaces, selling store merchandise, managing the leasing process, accepting payments utilizing our Point-of-Sale System (POS), completing daily bank deposits, and making courtesy calls to customers regarding late payments.
• Managing the invoice review and approval responsibilities within database.
• Processing invoices, managing reports and legal process of auctions.
• Overseeing the stores expense budget while maintaining store supplies and retail inventory.
