CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Manager to lead customer service and property maintenance at a local location. You will build relationships with customers, meet sales targets, and oversee leasing, payments, and daily store tasks using the POS system.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality customer service to a diverse customer base.
• Self-driven with a strong operational focus and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
• Ability to work Saturdays and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle, and active insurance.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Developing customer relationships by identifying self-storage needs and providing solutions while delivering standout customer service.
• Interacting face to face with customers, providing excellent service, and building rapport.
• Meeting monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Renting storage spaces, selling store merchandise, managing the leasing process, and processing payments via POS.
• Walking the property to perform daily operational tasks including lock checks and showings.
• Managing invoices, reports, and the legal aspects of auctions.
• Overseeing the store’s expense budget and maintaining inventory.
