Job summary

Wingstop in Alabaster, AL is hiring an Assistant Manager to oversee and coordinate with the store manager the planning, organizing, training, and leadership necessary to achieve objectives in sales, service, and quality. You will drive guest satisfaction and ensure food quality and safety across all shifts.

The role requires ensuring adherence to company policies, managing schedules, and supervising inventory and team performance to sustain a positive work environment and cost control.

Qualifications

• Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications & training programs.
• Meet scheduling requirements and cover shifts to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitary standards per QSC guidelines.
• Inspect inventory levels and ensure timely deliveries and proper counts.
• Address guest concerns with effective, courteous resolution.
