Job summary

Qualifications

• Ensure shift leaders follow opening/closing procedures and labor policies.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and cleanliness to maintain standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach shift leaders to meet order accuracy and service goals.
• Handle customer complaints and escalate when needed to resolve issues.
• oversee weekly/daily inventory, chicken counts and waste control.
• Ensure timely truck deliveries and adherence to receiving policies and procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and QSC standards through daily checks.
