Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking an Operations Manager in Devon, PA to oversee all aspects of store operations, focusing on customer experience, safety, and profitability. You’ll work with the General Manager on HR issues, budgeting, and ensuring operating standards are met, while maintaining strong brand presentation.

You will supervise cash handling, inventory control, and scheduling, ensuring peak coverage and compliance with COP/SOPs.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years retail management experience or equivalent.
• Strong ability to read and interpret profit & loss statements.
• Proven leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations to deliver a safe, engaging shopping experience.
• Assist GM with HR matters, budget adherence, and loss prevention.
• Supervise cash handling and financial reporting to HQ.
• Ensure brand standards and store presentation meet guidelines.
• Lead inventory integrity and cycle counts.
• Coordinate scheduling to cover peak times and staffing needs.
• Support merchandising resets and displays with store team.
