Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a store operations leader to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and a safe, profitable store environment. You will lead by example, driving inventory integrity, scheduling, and customer service while upholding brand standards.

Key duties include reviewing P&L for improvements, supervising cycle counts, overseeing HR and loss prevention, and ensuring compliance with COP/SOPs and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years retail management experience and proven ability direct operations.
• Ability to perform in a high volume, highly complex location.
• Ability to demonstrate initiative and be a self-starter.
• Demonstrated proficiency in recruiting, hiring, and training associates.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Ability to exercise independent discretion and judgment in managing a fast-paced environment adapting to change with a sense of urgency.
• Must possess excellent customer service skills and work well under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Oversee store operations, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience and safety.
• Review profit and loss statements to identify improvement areas.
• Utilize POS systems to manage inventory and cycle counts.
• Supervise cash handling and coordinate with finance.
• Coordinate facility safety, staffing, and training.
• Ensure brand and operating standards are met and store presented well.
• Support General Manager with HR, budget adherence, and scheduling.
• Maintain OSHA logs and compliance with company policies.
