You will oversee inventory, POS accuracy, scheduling, and associate training while maintaining safety and brand standards. The role requires 3–5 years of retail management experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage high-volume operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years retail management experience or equivalent
• Ability to read and review P&L statements and identify improvement areas
• Ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Experience recruiting, hiring, and training associates
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Independent judgment to manage budgeted expenses and profitability

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations to deliver exceptional customer service and profitability
• Supervise inventory, cycle counts, and POS accuracy
• Support HR tasks, scheduling, payroll, and follow-up on disciplinary actions
• Ensure budget adherence and controllable expenses are tracked and reported
• Maintain safety, brand, and store presentation standards
• Coordinate store opening/closing and staffing coverage during peak times
• Lead training and development of associates and supervise performance
• Interface with corporate HQ on reporting, compliance, and policy adherence
• Oversee customer pickup, e-commerce orders, and merchandising resets
• Manage loss prevention, assets, and adherence to COP/SOPs
