Qualifications

• 3-5 years retail management experience or equivalent
• Ability to read and analyze profit and loss statements
• Proven ability to recruit, hire, and train associates
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume store environment

Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations to maximize profitability
• Supervise inventory control, cycle counts and POS systems
• Support HR and loss prevention issues at store level
• Manage cash handling and coordinate with corporate finance
• Ensure store presentation and brand standards are met
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist with checkout and pickup processes
• Ensure scheduling coverage and budget adherence during peak periods
• Train and develop associates and manage performance reviews
• Ensure compliance with COP/SOPs and company policies
• Coordinate vendor merchandising, resets, and display credits
• Oversee safety, OSHA logs, and working conditions
