Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking an Operations Manager to lead all store operations, ensure a safe, customer-focused shopping environment, and drive profitability. You will supervise inventory integrity, HR concerns, and daily workflow while supporting the General Manager in budget and policy adherence.

The role requires 3–5 years of retail management, strong communication, and the ability to manage a high-volume operation with initiative and urgency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of retail management experience.
• Ability to read and review a profit and loss statement.
• Experience supervising inventory, cycle counts, and HR matters.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of store operations to ensure exceptional customer experience.
• Monitor P&L to identify profitability improvements.
• Supervise inventory control, cycle counts, and loss prevention.
• Manage scheduling, merchandising, and budget adherence.
• Support General Manager with HR, training, and compliance tasks.
• Ensure brand and operating standards are consistently met.
