Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Central Oklahoma is seeking a Store Supervisor to manage daily donated merchandise operations in alignment with agency policies and budgets. You will supervise Shift Leaders and Store Associates, hire/train staff, and ensure exceptional donor/customer service. Starting salary is $23.44 per hour.

This role requires leadership, budget oversight, and adherence to safety and SOPs, with opportunities for growth within Goodwill’s programs and Rise initiative.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED, preferred.
• Associates Degree or completion of related retail management course work preferred.
• 3 years of supervisory experience with 12+ employees in retail/manufacturing/production or food services.

Responsibilities

• Punctual and dependable attendance.
• Manage budget and expenditures to meet financial goals.
• Hire, train, evaluate, motivate and supervise store personnel.
• Comply with policies, SOPs and safety rules.
• Greet and provide excellent customer service to donors/customers.
• Open and close cash registers and balance drawers.
• Assist in sales and processing of items.
• Maintain store appearance and reports.
