Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Central Oklahoma is seeking individuals to help grow our mission—supporting people toward greater independence through donations and services. This role oversees daily operations of donated merchandise in alignment with agency policies and budget projections, in an assistant leadership capacity.

Essential duties include hiring and coaching store personnel, ensuring compliance with SOPs and safety policies, and delivering excellent donor/customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, preferred.
• Associates Degree or completion of related retail management coursework preferred.
• 3 years of supervisory experience with 12+ staff in retail/manufacturing/production or food services.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of donated merchandise per agency policies and budget.
• Hire, train, evaluate, motivate and supervise store personnel.
• Maintain adherence to SOPs, safety and security policies.
• Provide excellent customer service to donors and customers.
• Prepare and review daily/monthly reports and cash handling.
