Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Central Oklahoma is seeking a Store Operations Supervisor to manage daily donated merchandise operations in line with policies and budget projections. The role focuses on staffing, training, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

You will supervise Shift Leaders and Store Associates, ensure compliance, and contribute to continuous improvement while supporting community employment goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 3+ years supervision of 12+ employees in retail or related field.
• Ability to transfer within the Goodwill Central Oklahoma territory.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of donated merchandise per policies and budget.
• Hire, train, evaluate, motivate and supervise store personnel.
• Maintain customer service standards and greet donors/customers.
• Open/close cash registers and balance cash drawers.
• Prepare daily reports and maintain store records.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and SOPs.
