Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Central Oklahoma is seeking an individual to manage daily operations of donated merchandise in alignment with agency policies and budgets. The role focuses on supervising staff, maintaining high standards, and delivering excellent customer service to donors and shoppers.

The position requires leadership of shift leaders and store associates, adherence to safety policies, and ongoing training to ensure operational excellence in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Associates Degree or completion of related retail management coursework preferred.
• 3+ years in a supervisory role supervising 12+ employees in retail/manufacturing/food services.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of donated merchandise in line with agency policies and budget projections.
• Hire, train, evaluate, motivate and supervise store personnel to meet standards.
• Greet, assist and provide excellent customer service to donors and customers.
• Maintain store appearance, records and daily reports.
