Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Central Oklahoma is seeking a supervisor to manage daily donated merchandise operations and lead store staff. You will hire, train, evaluate, and motivate employees while ensuring adherence to agency policies and budget projections.

Responsibilities include maintaining store appearance, delivering excellent customer service, and handling cash operations. An established track record in retail supervision and strong organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 years of supervisory experience managing 12+ employees in retail/manufacturing/production or food services.
• Completion of Goodwill training or equivalent demonstrated success.
• Ability to transfer to any Goodwill of Central Oklahoma within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of donated merchandise in line with policies and budget.
• Hire, train, evaluate, motivate and supervise store personnel to meet standards.
• Greet and assist donors and customers providing excellent service.
• Maintain store appearance, records, and daily reports.
• Open/close cash registers and balance cash drawers.
