Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Central Oklahoma is seeking an experienced store operations supervisor to manage daily donated merchandise operations in alignment with established policies and budget.

You will lead shift leaders and associates, hire/train staff, ensure safety and customer service, and maintain records. This role requires a high school diploma, supervisory experience, and valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required (preferred).
• Associates Degree or related retail management coursework preferred.
• 3 years of supervisory experience over 12+ employees in retail, manufacturing, production, or food services.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Ability to transfer to any Goodwill of Central Oklahoma within the territory.
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years old.
• Valid Oklahoma Driver’s License and Car Insurance verification required.
• Must pass MVR check and maintain a good driving record.
• Ability to read/write English.

Responsibilities

• Punctual and dependable attendance.
• Manage budget and expenditures to meet goals.
• Hire, train, evaluate, motivate and supervise store personnel.
• Comply with agency policies and SOPs and safety procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service to donors/customers.
• Assist and resolve complaints with management.
• Maintain proficiency for tasks in all workstations.
• Maintain store appearance and housekeeping to standards.
• Open/close cash registers and balance drawers.
• Lead monthly meetings and training sessions.
• Prepare daily reports and maintain records.
• Assist in sales and processing of items.
