Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Central Oklahoma is seeking a Store Supervisor to manage the daily operations of donated merchandise and supervise Shift Leaders and Store Associates. The role emphasizes budget discipline, adherence to policies, and delivering strong customer service in a busy retail environment.

Responsibilities include training staff, maintaining records, balancing cash, and ensuring safety compliance while meeting operational standards and ensuring a positive donor/customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; associates degree preferred.
• 3+ years supervisory experience in retail, manufacturing, or related field.
• Ability to manage budgets and supervise 12+ employees.
• Valid Oklahoma Driver’s License and insurability.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Punctual attendance and dependable performance.
• Hire, train, evaluate, motivate and supervise store personnel.
• Adhere to agency policies, SOPs, safety and security rules.
• Greet and assist donors/customers and handle complaints.
• Maintain store appearance, records, and daily reports.
• Open/close cash registers and balance drawers.
• Communicate with management and attend meetings.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and risk controls.
