Job summary

Goodwill Central Oklahoma is seeking an individual to manage the daily operations of donated merchandise in accordance with agency policies and budget projections in an assistant role. As a supervisor, you will lead and develop shifts, ensure excellent customer service, supervise staff, manage cash handling, and maintain store standards to support the mission of helping people achieve greater independence.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Associates degree or related retail management coursework preferred.
• 3 years supervisory experience of 12+ employees in retail/manufacturing/production or food services.

Responsibilities

• Punctual and dependable attendance.
• Manage budget and expenditures to meet store goals.
• Hire, train, evaluate and supervise store personnel to meet standards.
• Comply with policies, SOPs and safety rules.
• Greet and assist donors/customers with excellent service.
• Open and close cash registers and balance drawers.
• Maintain store appearance and complete daily reports.
• Conduct monthly staff meetings and participate in training.
