Job summary

Goodwill Central Oklahoma is seeking an experienced supervisor to manage the daily operations of donated merchandise in alignment with established business practices and agency policies. The role reports to management and oversees Shift Leaders and Store Associates.

The position prioritizes punctuality, strong customer service, and adherence to safety and financial guidelines, with responsibilities spanning budgeting, staff supervision, and daily reporting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED, preferred.
• Associate's degree or completion of related retail management course work preferred.
• 3 years of supervisory experience over 12+ employees in retail, manufacturing, production or food services.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Must be 21 years old with valid Oklahoma Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Punctual and dependable attendance.
• Manage budget and expenditures to meet store financial goals.
• Hire, train, evaluate, motivate and supervise all store personnel.
• Adhere to policies, SOPs and safety rules.
• Greet and assist donors/customers with excellent service.
• Open/close cash drawers and balance transactions.
• Maintain store appearance and housekeeping to standard.
