Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking an Operations Service Manager to lead our Customer Service and Cashier teams while overseeing the store's operations, inventory and process compliance. You’ll act as the MOD, set the example, coach staff, and partner with district and regional leadership to drive results.

The role requires 3+ years in retail management, a flexible schedule, ability to lift 40 lbs, and experience with scheduling and reporting software.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management or store operations experience in a multi-unit retail setting.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with scheduling and reporting computer software; ability to lift 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, ensuring policy compliance and smooth customer flow at registers.
• Manage overall store operations and receiving SOPs; oversee inventory accuracy with Receiving Supervisors.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) and partner with District/Regional teams to drive results and service excellence.
