Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking an Operations Service Manager to lead store operations, coach cashiers and customer service supervisors, and drive results in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.

You will guide customer service, oversee receiving, act as MOD, support staffing and training, and partner with district/regional teams to ensure excellent service and professional standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience in Off Price/Big Box/multi-unit retail environments.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs.
• Experience using scheduling and reporting computer software.
• Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, driving compliance to policies and protecting company assets.
• Guide Customer Service Supervisors to meet service expectations and ensure smooth register flow.
• Manage overall execution of operations and receiving SOPs.
• Oversee the receiving processes including transfers, debits, damages and chargebacks and coordinate with Receiving Supervisor to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) and drive store leadership and results.
• Support Store Manager in staffing, sourcing, interviewing, training, and succession planning.
• Assist in other store operations areas as needed.
• Communicate effectively with District and Regional Management teams.
