Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Minimum education: high school diploma or GED.
• Preferred education: bachelor's degree.
• Minimum years of work experience: 3.
• Minimum leadership experience: 2+ years.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in store management during a structured training program.
• Learn staffing, scheduling, stock management, and supervising sales behaviors.
• Oversee Customer Service Desk, Receiving, Tool Rental, Order Fulfillment, Lot Loaders, and Back Office.
• Adhere to company policies and safety standards; execute SOPs and manage safety compliance.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and cross-functional teams to boost sales and profitability.
