Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of work experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured training program covering all aspects of retail store management, including operations, customer service, sales and profitability, and company policies and procedures.
• Supervise associates in selling efforts and drive customer service and engagement.
• Plan merchandise placement, signing, and support stock integrity through inventory management.
• Open and close store operations and uphold SOPs with emphasis on safety compliance.
• Ensure safety-habitat hazmat procedures are followed and safety guidelines are enforced.
