Job summary

Trainees will work with Store Managers and ASMs, learning SOPs, safety standards, and key daily processes to drive sales and improve service.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: high school diploma and/or GED.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent.
• 3+ years of work experience; 2+ years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured training program covering store management, operations, and policies.
• Develop actions to improve staffing, stock accuracy, customer service, and sales performance.
• Support daily operations, merchandising, inventory, and safety compliance while learning SOPs.
