Job summary

You will hire and coach a diverse hourly team, lead customer service and store cleanliness, and drive a culture of excellence that prioritizes cookie quality and team development. Expect a supportive environment and growth trajectory.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management/leadership experience in a restaurant or retail establishment.
• Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts throughout the latter part of the week (Thurs- Sun).
• Benevolent leadership style with a player-coach mentality for day-to-day management.
• Innate sense of true hospitality and ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Strong tech skills with restaurant/retail software, MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams, and ATS experience.
• Familiarity with using commercial convection ovens is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach and develop a diverse part-time hourly staff including Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew and Delivery Drivers.
• Lead service components: food quality, customer service, employee friendliness and store cleanliness.
• Establish a culture of excellence prioritizing cookie quality, customer service and sales performance.
• Manage and audit inventory for proper controls.
• Create and execute local marketing drops.
• Create and drive in-store recognition programs/contests.
