Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• POS systems experience.
• Strong communication and time management.
• Outgoing and friendly demeanor.
• Detail oriented and results-driven.
• Lead-by-example attitude and ability to motivate others.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and quality products to guests throughout their bakery experience.
• Support store leadership by maintaining operations during shift, communicating updates, monitoring production efficiency, and coaching team members.
• Prioritize and delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning while leading the cookie crew.
• Support and work alongside the Cookie Crew.
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment and adhere to safe food handling practices.
• Manage cash handling and deposits.
